MPB Performance brings the gym to you! I’ll train you in the setting of your choice. It could be your home, backyard, garage, office, or even a local park. Wherever is most convenient for you works perfectly for me.
I bring all the necessary equipment to the setting of your choice whether it’s your home, backyard, office, or a local park.
My van is fully equipped with all the tools you need for an amazing workout. I bring mats, dumbbells, stability balls, resistance bands, boxing gear, body bars, pool apparatus, and kettlebells—just to name a few. Remember, I bring the workout to you, and that includes the gym equipment. If you already have your own equipment, I can design fitness programs for you that are convenient, customized, and creative.
I don’t have female trainers at the moment. All training sessions are led exclusively by me, your head trainer, and I provide personalized, professional, and results‑focused coaching for every client.
Convenient, customized, and creative: MPB comes to you. I’ll create a customized fitness program just for you. I’ll listen to you and work with you to achieve your fitness goals. After every 15 weeks, I’ll reassess your progress and compare it to your original measurements from the first visit. You’ll reach your goals faster because I have a passion for helping you achieve real results.
Each session is one hour. That provides you enough time to get your body working to achieve your desired goals. Trainers arrive 5–10 minutes before the session to set up the necessary equipment for that particular day.
I suggest that you get four days of activity each week. My clients train with me two to five days a week. MPB recommends that you also work out on your own one to two days a week. It really depends on your goals and how quickly you want to achieve them.
Yes you’ll have the same trainer ME this way your progress will be consistently tracked by one trainer.

Yes, this is very important. I encourage all of my MPB clients to consult with a physician to ensure that you’re healthy enough to begin your journey.
Yes, I offer group sessions with 2–5 people. This way, you don’t get lost in a large group, and correct form and motivation aren’t overlooked.
That’s not a problem at all. I welcome individuals of all levels, regardless of experience, age, or ability.
I train pre‑teens, teens, adults, seniors, athletes, prenatal and postnatal women, corporate clients, groups, and rehab patients.
